    Hello everyone.
    I sold my '78 CJ7 and purchased a 2004 Rubicon with low miles. Have been searching for some time, as I know they are hard to find at that age with below average miles.
    Just wanted to give an update.

    Not sure if this is where I am supposes to post this, but thought I would start here.


    I am selling my 1978 CJ7.
    A little about the jeep
    Has an AMC 360
    T-18 Borg Warner Transmission
    New mini high torque starter, high performance clutch and flywheel, steering stabilizers, front shocks, battery and solenoid, and 33X12.50 BF Goodrich tires which have not even been driven on yet.
    The jeep needs just a little TLC. The full doors do need to be replaced, I have lower half doors which are in good shape. Also, needs front drive shaft.
    The jeep runs really well.

  • About my jeep

    Looking for two OEM full red doors in decent shape, which will probably be hard to find.
    Also looking for front drive shaft.
    I put on a two inch lift with wheel spacers. Added steering stabilizers and shocks and BF Goodrich Baja 33's.

    Joined yesterday and this is my first jeep.
    I have a red 1978 CJ7 that needs some TLC.
    It has a 360 with T18 Borg-Warner Trans.
    Trying to find parts and not have to pay a fortune for them.
    I am trying to get a hang of this thread messaging.
