I started taking part the J Truck front D44 axle I have.
Since no one wanted it I'm going to break it down and sell off the shafts
then scrap the rest of it.
Tonight I pulled the locking hubs off. These I can use on my hp44 or sell and put the money into some Warn hubs.
They are Jeep Brand hubs so there may be some interest in them by a person restoring an early 80's truck or waggy.
The axle is a wide track so the shafts are a little longer than a stock waggy axle,
The hubs were easy to pull off with the exception of the outer locking ring
They were a pain until I got out my dental pick. Anyway it was good experience learning to take a hub apart.
