AEM Intake

How often are you supposed to clean the air filter on one of these and do you really need to use the solution they provide and everything or can you just hose it off and let it dry?

if it is a k&n style you must re-oil it to work properly...without over oiling it. the oil and cotton are a team in filtration...

if it is the new white AEM...no oil required.

my recomendation is to replace the filter (did with my cold air intake) its cheaper than buying a sensor if you over oil it
