the spacers are easy... unbolt the lower control arms and the axle will drop down so you can pull the springs to put in the spacers.
the shackles will be a bit of a pain, though... getting the old bolts out will be the problem. spray the bolts with PB Blaster each day for a week before you do the work. even then, you may need to cut the bolts out of the shackle and you may have to get new bushings and new bolts.

PB PB PB and if they stil seem tight.. a torch.. propane sometimes works.. mapp works better oxyacetaline works best
you could replace the bolts with similarly sized grade 8 bolts
