I have a friend that has recently busted his transmission in a 98 TJ and this what he quoted to me [trying to get some research into my transmission options...
I am waving around a bunch of options and open to comments and suggestions...
I would like to stay with an auto and add in a manual valve body for it.
Right now I have the 32rh (3 speed auto). From what I am reading it may or may not be the same as the TF999. I believe I have seen a few manual valve bodies for the 999s but none for the 32rh. I would like to add in a reverse mvb while I am swapping in transmission... Anyone know any truth to the similarities or differences in the TF999 and 32rh?
Anyone know of other transmissions that I should look into? ]
