My problem is obviously with my heat. I have a 95 Wranger and the heat stays on constantly even when it's switched to "off", it's worse when I change to "vent" . Anyone have any ideas? ???

Sounds like you have a control cable that's either broken or out of adjustment. Is the lever hard to move or really easy? There is also a vacuum switch behind the heater control. Take a look and make sure all your lines are hooked up.

The controls are difficult to move sometimes, so I'll check the cable. As for the vacuum hose, where would I look for that?

As for the vacuum hose, where would I look for that?You'll need to get behind the heater control panel to check the switch. The main vac line comes off the back of the manifold and goes through the firewall.
