Ihave a 2002 wrangler and a friend has a 2000. Our check engine light keeps coming on for different reasons but repair shop can't find anything wrong. They make suggestions but nothing has worked. Does anyone else have this problem? Or any solutions!

Bad gas, mis fire, now e-vac (mech found no leaks). I just had it checked again, put new gas cap on and was good for 200 miles before it came on again.

You may have to find a shop that has a smoker.
