YJs maiden voyage

She made the round trip to Baltimore today. Picked up my rear seat. Seller even threw in the mounting brackets. Seems he's a CJ/YJ parts man. Oh, he said the rear seat was green, but very dirty. Just finished cleaning it, it's a Levis seat. Great day today, no doors & plenty of waves.

No pics as of yet. YJ is @ our company shop in Jersey. Floor pan cracks are being welded, bed liner installed, front tires balanced, tranny serviced & new kickdown cable installed. Posi loc & new rocker cover gasket to be installed. Want to check the valve train to see if I can get rid of some of the tapping noises. Acceration is slow, so carb will be checked also. have to do some adjustments to the CJ mirror brackets. Mirrors won't adjust high enough. I'll try to get some pics Saturday, if prepping our boat for the season doesn't take all day.
