I am trying to wrap up all of the little stuff on the CJ so I can get it inspected. One of my last "bugs" are the wipers. Once I plug the harness together they just constantly run. I haven't traced anything or messed with it yet so I wanted some opinions on where to start.

I would guess it to be a bad switch always making contact

Turn the little knob all the way to the left!.... or to the middle position if youve got the intermittent wipers.
Ha Ha! I would also guess a switch, but check it for continuity with a multimeter before you throw parts at it. If the park switch is in the motor, that can cause the same problem, always on. Hit it with a hammer.

there is an intermittent box for intermittent wipers. when mine went bad, it did the same thing. i pulled the box out and hooked the wires together. now it works fine, just no delay.
