This is a warranty replacement (brand new, not refurbished) HTC Thunderbolt that has been in use for 10 months. It was rooted, but I have returned it to the factory S-ON setting. It is in great condition, but I upgraded my phone and no longer need it. It has a ZAGG Invisible Shield installed. The following list is what you will receive:

The ESN is clean, but I can provide it if you want to call Verizon to double check. You will need to go to Verizon to get a SIM card for this phone as it is not included in the sale.
I will ship this to the lower 48 for $15 fully insured with USPS Priority Mail. This is also available for local pick up.
