2 bedroom townhouse with garage, Elkton, MD

After a couple months off, we will be re-listing our 11 year old 2 bedroom townhouse with 1 car garage in Elkton, MD about 2 miles from UofD. we have done some refreshing of the paint and replaced some things since the last listing. If anyone is looking, let me know. We will be officially listed by the end of April. The townhouse is in great condition and well maintained by myself. We are only moving due to having property in PA, and are getting more motivated now that the company i work for has moved to Coatesville, PA making me have a 100 mile per day commute...

honestly though..it has been a great neighborhood, and we plan to stay till we sell this house without taking too much of a hit (bought in the peak of the boom) but we have land in PA we are paying taxes on and are anxious to break ground
