96 xj slave cylinder

    Changed the slave cylinder on my brother 96 xj and all was good. Now 2 weeks later it's starting to creep forward while in gear again. Any ideas where to look next? Defective part, bleed system again? Any and all advice is appreciated :wavey:

    Sounds like its probably the clutch master cylinder then. Check at the clutch pedal, where the pushrod goes from the pedal into the master cylinder. Pull the rubber boot and see if its wet with brake fluid. The seals in the master cylinder are probably worn. That or bad o-ring in one of the connections.
