Looking for a 2.5L 4 cylinder motor for my 1994 Jeep. Anyone have any leads on one? Also would like to know of anyone that would remove the old motor and install the new one? Any info. would be great. Thanks. Bruce

Not a difficult job, I did the same thing on an 89 , years back. I bought a re-manufactured long block, at the time was under $1k.
New water pump, belts and fluids, did the entire job myself in two weekends. The benefit of a new long block is you will get warranty and a good ruinning engine you dont have to worry about.Should also be able to find a few used blocks out there.
If you need an installation, PM Aaron (astape) on the board. Aaron has done work on hundreds of Jeeps in the club.

I am assuming you have checked Craigslist. If you haven't, they are all over the place. Aaron has done lots of work on my jeep, and he is awesome. Definitely message him astape.
