Blue XJ in newark area?

Who has the blue XJ on Hillside Rd., at a house right next to the Rodney basketball courts I think...It's a blue XJ, tan trim, lifted, chromie wheels...Just wondering the specs on It...looks nice, are they a DEJA member? ....I'v seen a grand cherokee in the driveway...tan, lifted...had a DEJA sticker on the back?..sorry to call you guys out, Just another XJ owner wondering what your specs and mods are ...
