Here is some information provided by Icky related to camping on her family's mountain on Friday and Saturday night:

Ok, here goes nothing. Our mountain is located right when you enter into the town of Tamaqua. At the top there is a cabin with a trailer attached to it. We have running water (rain collects in a cistern) which I wouldn't suggest drinking although it's good for everything else. As long as they bring their own drinking water, we have water for everything else. We have a bathroom that everyone can use if they don't want to find a tree in the woods. There is also a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, and toaster oven. If anyone doesn't want to rough it, we have a few couches and beds that they can use. Past the cabin there's a long road to a tower that we can use to park Jeeps. Around the campfire area there is a large grassy area that we can use to set up tents.
As far as trailering Jeeps, I think it depends on the numbers. Halfway up the mountain there is an area that may be able to park a few tow vehicles and trailers depending on how they park. Also, they may be able to park off to the side of the trail up. I'm sure we could find room for all of them. The tow vehicles "may" need 4wd to get up to that point.
I'm guessing there would be room for campers at the top of the mountain somewhere but I'm not sure if they'd be able to get up it. I'm not too knowledgable about their capability so I'll have to ask my parents if they think campers can make it.
I plan on going up there Friday and I may meet up with everyone along the way and lead (since I'll be living back in PA) or I might just meet everyone up there. Here are some directions from Delaware:
-95N
-476N
-Get off at the Lehigh Valley Exit ($1.45 toll) onto 22 East
-Take 309 North which will lead you right into Tamaqua
-Once in Tamaqua, take a left at the first light (I think there's a drug store on the right)
-Go over the railroad tracks and turn left at the light
-drive around the side of the mountain
-After the speed limit sign (I think it's 35mph??) our mountain is off to the right. We'll try to have some sort of marker to let everyone know they're in the right spot.
Anyone that comes up on Saturday can use these directions to come up the mountain, drop off their stuff, and follow the rest of us to Paragon.
If anyone has any questions I'll try to answer them.
We will need a dinner coordinator for Saturday evening, I'm looking for volunteers.
For those heading up on Saturday morning, we will be meeting at the usual place, the Wawa on Foulk Road in N. Wilmington. I plan on heading directly to Paragon. If you have stuff for camping you don't want to bring on the trails, you can store it in the back of my Durango during our Saturday ride. You'll have to take it back into your jeep for the ride to Icky's Mountain, though, because it looks like I'll be heading back to Delaware for the evening.
See you all on the 19th!
Andrew
