Sounds good! We are staying 20 mins from there. We will plan to get there around 8:30.
Does Rausch have air stations? Our movers packed my air pumps

We may be a little wet and a little cold but we made it in spite of the traffic. Nothing like setting up camp in the dark! See you all in the morning

Going to ig burton in Milford on Monday.
Has anyone else had the rocker tick on their jeeps? I'm hoping we caught it early. If it is the dreaded rocker tick I'll just have them replace them all while they are in there.
Or maybe this is a good excuse for a V8 swap.... Lol.

My wife just got a JK that she loves. It has been good so far but I'm worried I'm starting to hear the pentastar tick and want someone more qualified than myself to check it out.
Is there anyone local to the Magnolia/Dover area you would recommend to take her jeep into for a once over?
Thanks!

That sucks. We were thinking about trying out muddy nutz playground near Dover as it is within my on call distance. I didn't want to say anything when the real trail run was going because I didn't want to steal anything from the real run.
I'm not sure if they are open and I've never been there before but it could be fun (not as fun as AOAA though)
We wouldn't mind hanging out with a few other people if anyone is bored. We are bummed that I got a last minute schedule change.

Work strikes again! Unfortunately I will have to miss out as I'll be on call and have to stay near Dover.

Looks like it will probably be both my wife and my jeeps for green/blue trail this go around.
She should be putting in her membership paperwork in the next day or two.

We will be there fri-sun. We got campsite 133 booked and reserved. We will either be on green/blue or blue/black depending on how the April ride goes.

Sounds fun. I'm going to try to be there, I'll know for sure as we get a little closer. I'm a newb and it will be the first time out so I'll start with green/blue I think? It would be good to scout things out for the big group ride in May when I bring the whole family.
Is there a club radio we use? I have a beofeng vhf/uhf handheld but no license so I can listen but not broadcast. Do you guys tend to use gmrs or CB? I might pick one up before the ride.

Thanks all, that sounds great. We will I'll be sure to check out that meet and greet and I already checked out the Facebook groups.
I'll have to get some good pictures of the Jeep soon!

Thanks for putting the club together!
I recently purchased a Jeep Gladiator Rubicon after owning full size trucks for most of my life. I am married and have 4 kids so we are working on figuring out how to fit in some off-roading while we are still in Delaware. We plan on purchasing a side by side in the future to get enough seats for everyone as we go adventuring.
My wife and I love camping but with small children we have primarily "glamped" in campers we towed. We started with a bumper pull and eventually went full timed in a 5th wheel for a year and a half. After doing the massive 5th wheel thing we both decided we wanted to go the overland route to mix things up and get back to our roots of tent camping.
It would be great to go in a group with people who can show us the ropes and maybe have an extra seatbelt so we can bring the whole crew.
So far I have swapped out the tires to 35" MTs and plan on upgrading the bumper and adding a winch. Eventually we aim to have an overland rig.
I think that about wraps it up. We are looking forward to getting to know everyone.
Thanks!
Josh
