There's no July or August trail ride? Or October for that matter. 3 trail rides in the 2nd half of the year? FYI, the Sept trail ride isn't on the FB event calendar.

What's the dinner plan? PS the right answer is broasted chicken or 901 BBQ

Can Am is doing a thing at AOAA that weekend including free demo rides. You can reserve a timeslot here: https://can-am.brp.com/off-roa…lity-demo-experience.html
I'm 95% in but haven't booked a site yet, waiting for 1 part to arrive (today) and then need to measure and order another part. Hoping to finish before EOM.

Smiley and I are staying at the Hampton Inn Friday and Saturday night. I'm hoping to get up there early evening on Friday. He has 2 other buggy guys coming up, not sure if they will want to do their own thing or what. He might leave his truck and trailer overnight in the RC parking lot next to the bus so save him a spot next to you if possible.
Definitely hitting O'Neal's at least one night for Yuengs and Wings.
Did they say anything about where the spectating areas will be on Saturday? I saw NE property but that's it. I haven't seen anything about, ahem, cooler restrictions on Saturday.

I have a room at the Hampton Inn and I believe Spedly does too. For those who don't want to camp in March I suggest that's the 2nd home base.

These guys in Dover aren't open to the public all the time anymore but are doing an event in a couple weeks

If you get a JK, I'd get a 2012+ for the 3.6 engine.
And then get this sticker.

I think I know what hill you are talking about, I tried to do that when I was there with Artie. Didn't make it very far and smartly decided to back down.

Any good shenanigans or trail reports?

May 25th is Memorial Day weekend, I would think attendance would be very low but who knows?
-
Sholdn't there be a rule against families with a ton of kids stacking the deck?
Im mad I didn't think of this strategy 18 years ago
-
To clarify, are the tournament hours 9-4? It's usually 10-3, this is from another year:
Same rules as previous years?
1. Longest fish (scale)
2. Longest living thing (non-fish, horseshoe crab or human)
3. Longest horseshoe crab
4. Executive decision of BOD or whomever is capable of making a semi-rational decision at that point.
So if a 10" fish (#1) is caught and a 14" horseshoe crab (#3) is caught
the fish wins because it's in a higher category, length doesn't matter
unless you're comparing the same category. If only a horseshoe crab
gets caught it wins because there's nothing in category 1 or 2.
Tournament starts at 10am (try to be on the sand as early as you can to
save room, remember no double stacking vehicles front to back) and goes
until 3 but could go later if the judges are passed out or if nothing
has been caught.

Shit, I had someone who wanted to buy that locker I sold you but now I don't remember who it was

I ripped out my CB and antenna recently, HAM/GRMS is the future.

I'm guessing there won't be a ride for Feb, is there a date for March?
