I had a Wilson flex antenna on my rig for several years until someone borrowed it... It completely flexes over on top of its self and never broke unlike all the fire sticks I've ever seen.

I Neverr had any issue with aftermarket crank sensors but I did have a few cam sensors that wouldnt work right out of the box. I just found the box to my crank sensor that i swapped out when i was chasing no start issues (Ended up being ignition switch). It is a standard brand part # pc 176. It is still in my jeep 5 years later. Never swapped the old on back in because its kind of a PIA job especially with fenders.
My guess is someone will slice their foot off on the front fender.....

I think the air hoses at the beach would be faster. I may take only 2 min to fill a camper tire but you will likely double that for a 33" tire. Ive used the air at the beach and they only take a few minutes to air my truck tires up to 80 lbs. I think you are better off putting that money toward a CO2 tank.
The multi function switch is just a fancier name for the turn signal switch that I mentioned a few posts back. It functions your left and right turn signal, high and low beam and it has the Hazzard switch on top.
Check all of your bulbs.... If one is out or has corroded terminals it could cause it to blink fast. Additionally I've chased intermittent lighting issues for hours and realized it was all caused by a bad turn signal switch on the column. A little jiggle here and there and signals would come and go. Brake lights wouldwork when they felt like it. I've replaced about 4 of them on various tjs and xjs
Since wee are just throwing random ideas out, how about a 4.6 mod out of a interceptor? Easy enough to source a whole donor car.

Gavan and I were talking about this.... It's got the "cool" factor but they are super wide as are most dohc motors. Then again he did just start hacking the front of the jeep apart...

I would almost consider a little screamer 4.8 with a good cam and some tricks,,,, but,,,, no LS!
My pops has a 4.8 in his truck, which scoots, but he somehow cracked a head recently at 160K. Went to start it and it locked up. Cylinder 8 was full of antifreeze.
What about a late-ish model Chevy 5.3....They are very easy to come by, make good power but not too much. They can buzz pretty good and sound good doing it. Most of all its not a ford and it wont sound like a mustang.
Did you ask him if his eyes are calibrated to set that tape measure to perfectly Level? Ive got some wide flares 7" front flares and 4"-5" rears if you want to come grab them to take it through again.
