It was a great day on the trail, thanks Stafford for putting everything together, and thanks Stomper for leading the Blue/Blacks!
The chicken for dinner was awesome.Damage report: The next day the dash on the JKU indicated, "check gas cap". The cap was kind of loose, but the light did not clear. I figured that it would take a few miles to clear. Later in the afternoon I was under the Jeep looking for any damage and I found a branch stuck into the front of the vapor canister. Now I know way the "check gas cap" light was on.
Duct tape over the hole in the canister cleared the light on the dash and the new canister and guard are on the way. -
I'm in could you please add me to the blue/black list. Thanks!

The 27th is a Sunday, and that would work best for me. Saturday the 26th, that would be to hard to pull off.

I was one who was neither member nor guest. I had the old primered Willys. I had a great time wheeling with everyone and I appreciated the convoy out of Newark. Thanks for being a great trail captain John. If you hadn't apologized for doubling back I would have never known! I just finished this Jeep in April and I've been shaking it down ever since. It's been working good lately so I decided to give it a go. I'm glad I did, and I'm looking forward to going again. I went ahead and joined so I could have a name. Thanks again to everybody. Now if I could only figure out how to pay the dues!
Willyn RC liked your Willys so much it is posted on their home page and Facebook with 150 likes!

It was a good day. Thanks for agreeing to go over to the Northeast property. Even though we ended up on Affliction and decided we needed 40's to proceed and bailed out. I had never been over to the outer limits of the NE property, so we headed to Roswell. Logging has changed the area. We ran a short purple loop 38C while their which was my favorite trail of the day. 38C follows the spoils from an old coal mine with off camber and blind climes, drops and turns as you navigate the top of a ridge no wider than your Jeep. Parts of the trail reminded me of trail 1C on the East property. Good stuff and great day! see you all next time.

Great Pictures Karen, Thank you for posting them!!!!
It was a perfect day on the tail, great group, and with no trail carnage. Keith did a great job as trail boss, and will have to post the trail report, because we covered so much ground I lost track. -
I should be rolling in around 8:00 / 8:30ish also.
