I'm going to stick to the same schedule we used last year. It seemed to work pretty well.
I'm going to be there at 7:30 to start setting up the raffle tables and do any last minute preperations.

Purchase raffle tickets and get your rig ready 8-9am
Hit the trails no later then 9:30. If we have groups of 6 or 7 ready to go before that, they can head out.
Head back to main entrance to buy more tickets 3:30
Raffle's go off at 4pm SHARP.

I'd like to have any trail guides there no later then 8:15 - 8:30. That way I have an idea of how many we need and who we have by that point.
