I have 4.5" of lift on 2004 tj just did a rear axle swap to 8.8.With jeep flexed out what angle at the cv part of the shaft should i look for?any input would be great.

Typically you don't look at the angle with the suspension flexed. The important angle is when it is sitting level. Just make sure the pinion is pointed at the rear output shaft (or a few degrees below).

here is a write up that goes into detail. my basic setup is to point the yoke of the rear at the yoke of the transfercase. i did mine by eye and didnt have any problems
