    Advisory Council on Tidal Finfisheries to Meet June 18 in Dover


    The Advisory Council on Tidal Finfisheries will meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday, June 18 in the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control auditorium, Richardson and Robbins Building, 89 Kings Highway, Dover.


    The agenda will include the following items:


    Prospects for a black drum management plan and research status


    Consideration of striped bass commercial catch reporting going online


    Update on status of new Lewes boat ramp, status of funding for repairs to Cape Henlopen fishing pier

    Summary of results of striped bass spawning ground monitoring in 2008


    Brief update on status of striped bass slot limit proposal


    Agenda for next meeting Sept. 17
