I'll be down on the beach on Saturday in the early afternoon.......thinking about going out at Indian River unless someone else has a better place.
Call me if you want to meet up, I'll have a few people with me. :o

Yes either at Savage Ditch across from Faithful Steward or at 3R's . of course they will need to pay to park
We made it out at savage ditch. Lot of people out, lot of people stuck. Its beautiful out. And the water in the middle is warm and lot of people swimming in it. I went down to the right and the entrance and made it all the way back up. I'm passed the entrance.

how deep could that be? you never know till you try.....
In some areas it was deeper than others. I drove through it towards the north end when I left. The guy that ended up next to me drove though it. In some areas is was waste deep, and others it was knee deep. Down towards the ends, the sand was so soft many people were getting stuck. I saw at least 3 vehicles stuck in that area.
While we were out there towards the end, the water came up over the sand and was filling it. It came a point where we were ready to get out there, and the "river" was only filling more. I wanted to get out before everyone decided to. At that point maybe 5-10 Jeeps and trucks in our area decided to leave because the "river" was filling fast.

How deep does it have to be ? Salt water is much harder on stuff than mud.

LMAO. After seeing your jeep up close today I understand your theory. It's okay, I have the same.
