control arms uppers or lowers

    i won't be able to get both upper and lower control arms at the same time which should i get first?

    are you talking about the 3" lifted XJ in your sig? you didn't put on new lowers when you lifted it? definitely lowers.

    no they did not come with the kit i was going to change both out
