YJ fuel pump Q's

    Where is the fuel pump located on an 87YJ. 4cyl. is it in the tank itself? do i need a diffrent fuel pump if i went to a 20Gal tank instead of the 15 Gal. it comes with.

    From what I can figure out in my manual, the four cylinder fuel bump in in the tank and there seems to be a difference in the sending units on the 15 and 20 gallon tank. Call up your friendly neighborhood auto parts store and see if there are different fuel pumps for the tanks.

    Clever quotes added to a person's signature only aim to add more weight to an otherwise feeble point.
