XJ Headliner

    I have a 97 Cherokee. My headliner is started to sag in the rear where the passengers sit. I have a aftermarket sunroof and i am looking for an inexpensive way to keep it up. Also, i dont know how the rear overhead speaker bar is supported and if it proposes a problem.

    For a teporary fix use thumb tacks. The headliner backing is all one piece and is some type of semi-ridged foam board. Otherwise you could get some spray adhesive and stick it back up. I'm pretty sure that there is nothing around the speakers that can be damaged. Btw... I have a complete headliner for a 98 with an overhead console in my garage right now taking up space.
