Looks like it happened again at server time 1:27PM for 5 min. (Wasn't connecting the dots for you before, my previous posts have been made immediately after I re-gained access to the forum)
The site was completely down for a little while just a few minutes ago. I was just about to copy the message that I received when I tried to access the site, but then the site was back again. Sorry, that might have helped. 
Just an FYI...got a 500 error when trying to submit both mine and Jen's renewals on the first try for each. Worked fine the second time.

I get the same error at least once a day. Not sure if it's a valid correlation, but if I close out Safari and reopen the website it usually works again.
