Well those that are active Delaware Vol. Firefighter and or EMTs can get a state of Delaware surf plate and tag for free. That's right. It is a gift for risking your life for strangers. Your fire station should have the forms you need. It must be signed by the fire company president and the DVFA president. Then take the form to any place that deals with the surf tags and they will give you a plate or tag for one year only. Nice perk...
