I have a 2000 Cherokee with 220k on it. Jeep was hit in the front and sounds like it has a tap. Probably best as a parts engine. Seeing if there is any interest. Engine is still in the vehicle and can be heard running.

I was thinking in the ballpark of $400 considering it runs but has high mileage. Seen core motors go for $300 that didn't run.

I'm assuming the cherokee is a automatic? If you still have the engine after the holidays i might take it, would you make a package deal with the trans?
