Wrenchfest Wanted YJ Lift - location, tools, assistance

    It looks like the earliest it may be here is Friday...I don't want to tie everyones schedule up to "hurry up and wait". Chuck, I may want to borrow, if possible, your pitman arm puller so that if it is in, I can start without assistance from you all that may be tied up. I have another garage I can leave it in so I can do a little each night during the week if need be.


    I think my eye bolts should come off (at least the ones I did my shackles on last summer)...

    You are right the shackle side will not be a problem to get out
    it is the other end of the spring that you will have problems with.
    it is called the main eye the 4 nearest to the center of the Jeep.


    They will be rusted into place and will need to be cut out.


    If we can do this on the 12th I'm free

    Have not gotten them yet. Talked to Chuck and he solidified other plans for Sunday...I would hate to have people in waiting and no parts...Will keep you updated.
