That sounds kind of fun! I'm thinking about camping at DE Seashore. Anyone else planning on going?

Thanks to all the board and members that worked with these companies to get the donated items! We're looking forward to seeing everyone.

Personally I'd start with Green/Blue and move up from there as you build confidence. Trailering isn't hard and the peace of mind is worth it.

Is no one using CB's anymore?

I'm going out Saturday with my family. My niece and her husband are in from North Dakota and he's never been surf fishing (or seen an ocean I think). It should be an experience with him.
That should be fun! Are you planning on hitting the Cape?
Always seems more fun with a group so if you're interested my cell is (three O two) seven 4 three - 3 seven four six if you want to catch up.

@KellyF our girls and I are spending Friday and Saturday night at Delaware Seashore State Park. We've never camped there but are looking forward to it and hitting the beach. Is anyone going to be down this weekend?

We're booked at Tall Pines Campground for the 16th and 17th.

@bfrank I assume you're looking for a spot to drop the camper, not a tent, right?
Yup! We're glamping in style now!
i can check which site i have for this. U might be able to put a tent on mine but would have to park in overflow.
Thank you, Sir but we're dragging a camper now.

Anyone have a site booked at CHSP and had their plans change? I figured I would ask before exploring other camp ground options.

We finally got the front hitch installed!

Anyone come across more / updated info on this?

Good luck to all those that buy one but it's not my style. You can buy a whole lot of RAM for $62k and it will look better and be more functional.

"$40k on your Jeep and $15k in parts" That estimate seems $20k+ off!! Isn't that a Rubi JL?!?!
Is there video of the incident? (minus the other person getting hurt I don't want to see that)

I agree you have to get all of the fabrics out and dried then cleaned. Then you have to find the source of water and fix it. If the mold is as bad as you're describing I'd trash everything that is fabric and buy new. But mold spores make me feel sick so I have to be careful.

Update: We bought a AutoCraft Platinum AGM Battery, Group Size H6, 760 CCA from Advance Auto Parts for $146.24 (25% coupon) and the guy installed it for @KellyF for free. I'll get the charger done this weekend and hopefully that buys us a nice cold fridge!

We can't do 4/20 but am interested if it's later.

Until I have another option I bought a Battery Tender and will plug-in when AC is available. That combined with a new battery and turning down the sensitivity on the fridge will hopefully be sufficient for what we need.
Added benefit is that I do not need to keep the back of the Jeep open to plug the fridge into AC power.
