I'm pretty sure a 91 has a different Ecu too. I have an extra from a 91 and it won't run right either.

Might be one of the owners. I put budget boosts in both of their Jeeps. One was black and one was silver.

This is the only picture I have at the moment. It's the whole front fender.

Have a set of Smittybilt tube fenders. They were on a trail only rig for 2 trail rides and garage kept. They have no damage. Asking $250 obo. I will try to get pictures of them later.

Last night we built the braces from the grill hoop to the stinger. They were some of the simplest pieces we've made and they look really good. Should survive a Billy Knox swan dive off a rock. I'm not so worried about the tubes in front of the headlights as this is an offroad only rig and will get some auxiliary lighting at some point. The headlights were originally installed on their old JK that got traded in but saved for this project.

We built the front fender tubes on Saturday. As expected, they took a while to get right. Didn't waste any tube but it was a process. It looks mean though so we are happy.

Is it lifted? Check out the control arm bushings. If you have factory arms you can just buy replacements with new bushings already installed. When you replaced the Trac bar did you inspect the mounting holes. Its common for the axle end to egg the hole out and need a washer welded on to repair the hole. I have also seen the frame end get egged out and cause issues.

wonder how it would sound if you run your exhaust thru that roll bar exiting out top rear....
Probably like a wet fart.

This is amazing! I'll never do anything even close to this, but I love seeing the progress and reading about what was done. Learning some new terms too.
There's a club wheeling trip this weekend. No cost except for park fees. Come on out.

Still making progress. The C pillars are in and one piece from the top to the bottom. An additional brace was welded to the shock hoop. The seat mounts are also done.

We had about 2 hours tonight to mess with it. Made a rear halo for over the back. It turned out really well.

Got a lot of the front section done. Pretty happy with how it turned out. Made up a simple little device that makes swinging long sections of tube really easy. It's still a two man job tho. I also made an aluminum fan shroud to mount the 14 inch Spal fan. The radiator looks tiny but it's a 2.5" core that's rated for 400 hp. Hopefully it stays cool.

Seems like we took a step backwards because we removed the tires and original cage to build a new cage. Picked up 120 feet of tube to Hopefully get it done. Made the B pillar bar before the weekend was over.
If anyone has any interest in a factor cage with a front add on section let me know.
