I'm gonna go down for a little wile, just to see what they have, and cause the wife is sick, I'll bring the boys, so she can take a break!
Maybe heading out of Dover around 10am

I wish It wasn't while im workin ...... I dont get off till the 7th.... lemme know how it was...

There was plenty of MUD... mostly full size Blazers and Broncos. I still had to take the little Rubi for at least one run...
I made it as far as most of the Full size rigs, still got stuck.
I was surprised to see the type of people that were there, don't get me wrong, very good ol boys, but I felt like I was back home in the hills of Kentucky.
I talked with the owner and he is working on making some trails, he has about 6 acres to work with.I didn't see anyone from the club, but maybe I left too early.
I snapped a few pics, see below
-
what kind of people were you expecting?
-
sorry i missed it, was up way too late last night to get up any time early!!! but i would definately like to see what he gets going as far as trails and whatnot...

This is sussex county dude
Not downing the people down there, I grew up in a very similar place and felt right at home... I just haven't been there for a wile, and I didn't realize that people threw down like that up here...
It probably wasn't the best place for the youngens... but 10 years ago, I would have been all over the free Keg @ 10am (who am I kidding, if I wasn't driving and with the boys, I could have never passed on free beer)
-
Sounds like the dumb stuff I used to do out on the back of one of pop's farms.
-
I dropped by the mud hole around one and stayed till it closed .. It was a interesting event. just a little something to do to get out of the house. i seen a couple of jeeps there.. I will have to go again to the next event. I spoke to the owner also and he said that he was thinking of trails and maybe some rock crawling.
-
Was there a cost for this?
-
they just take donation... mainly to cover the Keg and BBQ.
