My friend just bought a 2000 Sport XJ and would like to do a 2" lift and also strenghten his rear leafs that are sagging. What would XJ guys do? Should he get new springs in the rear, have a spring shop add a leaf between the 1st and 2nd leafs that are there or just get the add a leaf that would come with a lift?

What shocks would you guys recommend for that setup?

what kind of budget? skyjacker hydros are good enough for most stuff. for a comfy ride, the OME shocks are the most popular, but double the price.
