Bottom line is people get all mad at DEJA when the membership jumps on someone for illegal wheeling but it's crap like this that makes it hard for everyone.

You can’t expect to put a 20yr old behind the wheel of a 4x4 and not expect him to do something like that.
Might as well put a 20 yr old behind a Mustang and not expect him to spin the tires.
Or put a 17 yr old in the stands at Citizen Park and not expect him to go running on the field

It still doesn't mean that they all shouldn't be tasered.... Repeatedly... 
I was 20 once also and my wife says that I am still the most immature person she has ever met. Most others agree.
But somehow I knew when to be stupid I guess.

I couldn't agree more. Taser's are extremely underutilized.
