Monstaliner

  • Don't know much about it but I know a few pet who have used the rustoleum spray stuff.... Works great and you need to skuff the crap out of it. But from what I've read the spray stuff sticks better.... Dunno why.

Anytime you take your 20+ year old jeep apart plan on fixing more them you intended.

You can PM Magnetman on JF as he is a vendor rep for Monstaliner.

IIRC Jeepgrl ( not sure if she's still aroudn here) used Monstaliner to tub out her Jeep. I plan on doing so in the near future. I already have my samples but I have to decide which color. They'll send you up to 5 free color samples.

  • I put it in my jeep over the summer. It has held up so far. It hasn't faded and doesn't really scratch. If I could do it again I think I would have sprayed it on instead of rolled it. Its hard to get into some spots with the roller and I think the spray gun would have helped me a lot with that. Other than that I am still happy with the product.

  • Thanks guys, i went ahead and ordered samples. I am thinking of just going straight black. That way it goes with everything and if it fades it will turn gray. Just got a new 86 cj so I have a thousand thoughts as to how i want to set it up, just will take some time. I figure a bed liner is a good place to start. Thanks again.
