Rusty's Offroad Products

  • Can you believe that after waiting over two months for a skid plate that they never sent, I asked for my money back on 03/15/05. I must have called him back five or six times since then asking where my money was. His response was it's in the mail or they were have problems with the credit card company. Well I have had enough and sent a letter to my bank who will now take up the action of getting my money back. Things would have been fine if they had just returned my money after failing to deliver their product in a timely manner but they have no pissed me off.

Just a warning to you to watch out for Rusty's Offroad. Not a good way to build a strong customer base.

  • I agree with you. You've been more than patient.

Hey you were at the WalMart Speed Bump Climb in 1999? you were the one with the winch, right?

  • I had the same problem with rusty when I got my lift kit. I paid for the expedited shipping and it took like a month to get here.
