My right turn blinker (turn signal) is flashing twice as fast as my left. Does that mean it needs to be replaced and what part needs replacing, the bulb or something else.

You have a bulb out on the right side of your jeep... easy and cheap fix. Put your blinker on, get out of the car and find the bulb not blinking. Ask your local AutoZone professional consultant which bulb you need.
If you wink, he might put it in for you.

It's a 3157 bulb IIRC. It'll set you back about 3-4 bucks and takes about 5 minutes to install.

i recently had BOTH front side markers go. 193 bulbs. It did not cause the hyperflash the other bulbs do (JK BTW)
