I literally need to drill one hole and it seems silly to pay like $30. Anyone have one in the Newark/NCC area? Thin metal, even a wood bit would probably be fine. If I have to do it with a Dremel I'm gonna say Michael J Fox did it.
Anyone have a 1 1/16 drill bit I can use?

I might have a hole saw that can get you to filing range.

Unibit/step bit might be better for a real thin sheet. I'm got one of the bigger ones if you're going to be at Mel's anytime soon. HF has the two piece set for cheap too.

I have the HF 3 piece step bit set but it only goes up to 3/4, the 2 piece set is bigger but again...$20 for one job. 1 1/16 hole saw would be fine too if anyone has one laying around

So, spend $20 to fix the problem? Naaaah, too much. Good thing about tools is you’ll always have them.

I bought one. If you see a bunch of holes in your Jeep it wasn't me
