Have I went to far?

  • I just love home made stuff that works. But have I went to far?OK this is what I want to
try .I have a Traclock case that doesnt match the one I have. Can I make my own ring
gear spacer? It would only be for off road use.And I dont want to mess with the pinion if I dont have to.Its only a35 so if I blow it up its no real loss.O and its about a 1/4 " off from being right on so what do yall think?

  • Even with the spacer, you'll have to reset the ring and pinion so they mesh up right. Otherwise you'll just snap the teeth off once you put a load on it.
