Have I went to far?

    I just love home made stuff that works.But have I went to far?OK this is what I want to
    try .I have a Traclock case that doesnt match the one I have.Can I make my own ring
    gear spacer?It would only be for off road use.And I dont want to mess with the pinion if I dont have to.Its only a35 so if I blow it up its no real loss.O and its about a 1/4 " off from being right on so what do yall think?

    Even with the spacer, you'll have to reset the ring and pinion so they mesh up right. Otherwise you'll just snap the teeth off once you put a load on it.

    I have already installed the differential that im talken about and it was close.drove good but humed a little.I put the two cases next to each other and its only off a little.I dont know I still mite try it.
