When you enter the park make the left right at the guard shavk then make the right to go towards herring point. Eventually you'll come up to a small concrete building and air stations on the left. That's navy crossing. Enter there and make a left onto the beach. Take that down to the big dune and we will be around there.

Yeah, sounds about right. Truth is if we all start at the same time it doesn't matter what team you're on. Some people can run ahead, some people can lag behind.Team Uno:

Hp d30 vs LP d44 has been proven to be a wash in a front application. 35 spline inners are pretty pointless when you still have 27 spline stubs. The rcv's are nice shafts though.
-
If your front axle is a hp30 its not much of an upgrade. If you have a lp30 it doesn't sound bad.
-
you don't really need any lift at all for 33's.

I had good luck buying my JKU from Carman in New Castle. My mom just bought a jeep there last week and was able to get a better deal then tread lightly by negotiating. If you want something that is on the lot 1% under invoice is usually not too hard to get.

I'm thinking about going out Monday or Tuesday after work if anyone is interested.
-
What were you using for bait? I've had real good luck in white clay with the glittery powerbait.
-
I see the crack and the casting flaw but I'm not sure where that is relative to the mating surface where the coolant is flowing through. Can you file the new one down to remove the flaw?I'm more concerned with why it cracked.
It isn't near a mating surface. It is the top of the thermostat housing. The whole thing has coolant running through it.

As long as the center stub bottoms out on the shaft it doesn't effect preload. If the manufacturer has the back bearing seat against the axle you use the axle but to set bearing preload. You usually only see the second setup in fwd or European applications.
-
You need to replace those sections of frame rails most likely. I wouldn't wheel it.

My brother has the JKU Rubi guards and they mount using the same location as the side steps did. From what it looks like on the ACE website, that the guards your getting mount on the sheet metal itself. I don't know how they'd look together but it seems to me that each will protect a little differently. It couldn't hurt to try them together. If you don't like them after or they don't benefit you in regards to protection, you can always sell them afterwards. The ace rails mount to the frame below the rubi rails
-
They would just be cosmetic at that point. It would be concerning to me that the ace rails hang down so far that you can fit a rock rail between them and the body.
