1rst thing is that it has to be hosted on the internet somewhere. Then right click on the picture then scroll down to PROPERTIES. Highlight and copy the entire address.

Go to the post where you want to post it, click on the icon that looks like a page with a picture on it (3rd from the left; under the UNDERLINE icon when you reply to a post). Right after the [img] that will come up, paste the address of the pic.

find the web address of the picture you want to show... (right click on the photo, and choose Properties" and then copy the image location, including the http://. some browsers make it easy with an option "Copy address" instead of using Properties.)

now, on the forum, type

[img]

and paste in the image address and type

[/img]

after it. alternatively, click on the button in the 2nd row, 3rd from the left (kinda looks like a photo in a frame) and paste in the address

if the photo isn't online yet, you'll need to find a website to host it. photobucket.com works without too much difficulty

Yupper! The new explorer makes it easier to have multiple pages open at the same time.
