Important Spring Fling Information

    IF EVERYONE WOULD GO TO THE CALENDAR AND FILL IN WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE DAY THAT WOULD BE A BIG HELP. THAT WAY WE WILL HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION IN ONE LOCATION.


    This is a list of what we have so far other than what the club is providing:


    Baked Beans
    Chips, Doritos, Cheese doodles
    Mac & Cheese
    Deviled eggs
    Spagetti salad
    veggie salad
    Deer Meat?
    Tom's Surprise
    Macaroni salad
    Potato salad
    Lettuce, tomato & onion plate
    Relish tray-pickle, olives, peppers
    Salsa
    Veggie tray
    Some sort of salad

    Snickerdoodles
    Double Deckers

    MAYBE WE COULD STILL USE THESE IF ANYONE IS THINKING OF SOMETHING TO BRING:

    Please post below what individual dish/dessert/supplies you are bringing for Spring Fling at Killen's Pond on Saturday May 1.


    You should bring your own beverages - beer is OK in cans only which must stay in the pavilion. Check out the other sticky Spring Fling post for more information (directions, activities, etc.)


    We usually begin arriving about 10am to start setting up things. We will plan on eating about 1pm as usual. Everyone is welcome to come and go as they wish, but if you want to eat, plan accordingly. Obviously, for games and such, the more the merrier. In the past, the event has gone until around 5pm.


    THE CLUB WILL SUPPLY THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
    Hamburgers and Hot Dogs and Rolls for both
    Condiments, Salt/Pepper
    Paper Towels, Napkins, Paper Plates, Utensils
    Foil for the grill

    1 cooler filled w/ice.
    1 cube of mountain dew.
    1 cube of pepsi.

    Same here I signed up on the calander and offered to bring things but it looks like those items are taken care of now.....Any suggestions on wht is still needed?

    Well, I'm sorry but I won't be bringing the veggie salad. So I know it's late but if someone wants to bring that they can. If not, we can live without it.


    I had to work late today, it's my son's 21st birthday and I had dinner and an outing planned, meeting his girlfriend for the first time ( I like her) , and had to do the shopping for tomorrow. I did, however get the double deckers made but I was in such a hurry that I made them backwards. Duh!!! They look different but should still taste okay.
