2024 Members Appreciation Trail Ride and Camp out. Jun 8th, (Camping Fri-Sun)

  • Annual Member Appreciation Trail Ride June 8th , Meet up 8am (Camping June 7th and 8th)


    * Club Covers Trail fees for members.

    * Club provides dinner Sat evening and campfire at site 146.

    * Giveaways !


    Again we have booked a camping pavilion (Site 146) with a 20x35 shelter. Up to 12 people can camp for Friday and Saturday nights. Camping costs will be divided by the participants and will most certainly be cheaper than a stand alone site.


    We plan to have 3 groups.

    - green / blue , easy, low risk, any stock Jeep

    - Blue / Black, 33-35" tires, lockers are a plus

    - Black/Reds - This is for the harder core crowd, you know who you are.

    2020 Gladiator Mojave - 33" Falken mud tires, LoD side steps, Zroadz bed rack, Quadratec QRC winch bumper, Superwinch EPi 9.0, Kleinn on-board air, Kleinn air horns, lots of lights, Yaesu ham radio with GPS tracker.

    Gone- 2012 JK Rubicon with stuff. Long gone- Long-arm 2001 Cherokee with stuff.

  • Not really, andy cracked the stearing box mount on the cj and popped a ps line. Not really a surprise in a cj.


    The weather was great and diner was decent. U should have come.

  • As was said, over all a fantastic weekend. We could not have asked for better weather. The big kids group started off the day running out to Blue trail 34 as a warm up. From there we worked our way down to 39 and over to upper and lower Anthracite. I broke my steering box off the frame on the little black section adjacent to lower Anthracite. We limped mine back to camp while the others ran Bee line and Barney Ruble. Met back up with the crew at the top of Barney Ruble and we ran all of 38 to the top of the hill. From there we ran over E9 and down Renee's Hill to 36. We hammered on Matt's jeep for a while on a knarly hill climb and eventually winched him up. The rest of the group bailed out as it was time to head back to camp and eat pizza and wings like kings.
