I will assume Brandywine Campground due to large area and proximity of facilities? Figured that would be good question to get out of the way.

Yes.
I really don't see that ever changing unless there's something else close by that is better.
As of last trip they are still only charging us $2/night per person.
Hard to beat that for a nice area with potties and showers.

I concur. It is a great site, particularly for a large group.

Large, fairly private area for camping, easy to moderate wheeling.
Big campfire, pond to swim in.
Good time pretty much guaranteed.
if we are lucky we will get the lower rates not the 16 a person rate they was tryin to charge us last time.

Not to be a smart ass but $16/person (vehicle) is still one hell of a deal. I have gladly paid $20/vehicle or more in the GWNF/MNF area depending on the facilities, and these at Brandywine are very good.
16 a person if i rember right. for each jeep maybe but not per person and with kids it gets worse

That would be per tent I'm pretty sure, as that's the normal per site fee.
I would gladly pay the $16 also. That's pretty cheap compared to other campgrounds.
I spoke to the rangers when we were there and they gave us all a group flat rate of $2 per person per night. We usually round up our money and include more in the envelopes when we pay and I hope everyone is doing that... it's just makes us look better!
Dottie, the camp host, said this would be her last year hosting. Said she was getting tired of the crap (literally) some people were leaving for her to clean up.

And everyone should keep in mind this may not always be the case.
Technically, the overflow area is for when the primary campsites are all full.
We've been fortunate in that they have basically given DEJA a break for the 5 years we've been going there.
But, this could easily change with a new group of Rangers, etc.
So, just saying enjoy it while it lasts but be prepared in the event is does come to a end.
IMO I don't care, it's worth it just for toilets and showers with hot water!!!!!
$16 per tent is still a pretty good deal, a way around that would be for a couple people to chip in together and stay in one tent. Unless it's one of those little 1 man tents, if there's 2 dudes in it I'm wondering what's up
I did notice there were a lot of improvments done when we were there last month, all the trash cans are bear proof and there are solar panels on the roof of the bathhouse.
And the new picnic tables. There were a real nice surprise.
I just hope the campers this year will take care of the place.
We've had good hosts also.
I am out of vacation time for this year. But my boss fronted me two days from next year so I will be able to go.
Sometimes it pays to ask!!

Cool!
Think I will bring one of these for the campfire this trip.

That brings back memories.
