Mechanic

  • I have just bought my third jeep, but the other 2 were brand new. This is a 1988 and it makes a horrible sound when I start it. I want to bring it to a reputable jeep mechanic. Can someone recommend a good one. I am located in Chesapeake City, MD. Close to Elkton, North East, Newark, Bear, Glasgow, Middletown. Thanks.

  • My MIDAS friends on Kirkwood near Price's Corner are good and give a great rate. Talk to Richard, the Manager. Tell him, "the white Scrambler guy" recommended them.

    Good luck

  • Yeah that Midas shop is awesome.

  • Thanks for your help. My husband found out that one of the starter bolts was missing and replaced it and it rides like new now. I will keep the two shops recommended for the future in case we can't fix something ourselves. Good day to ride.
