Thanks to Kostik Kustoms, I added a bunch of sexy to the bottom of my new fuel pump. 1.5" block so that it bottoms out in the Rci fuel cell. Hopefully I won't have anymore fuel pumps rattling apart on the trail.

You finally added some BLING to your heap. Nice!!! Not visible but now I know it's there somewhere.

I was thinking about laminating a photo of it and taping it to the fuel cell... -
That's a hefty chunk of AL. Any worry about it rubbing a hole in the bottom of the cell?

Notice the 3 small holes in the bottom of the block of aluminum in Matts pic? The little rubber feet from that were removed from the bottom of the pump slide into those holes and keep it from rubbing just like factory. We actually drilled 4 so it will be well supported just like the factory pump.
Kieth that would probably be a better Idea but I didnt want to take the chance of having anything melt/dissolve in the fuel tank, and I'm not even sure where I would get a chunk of that..... The aluminum works well in my rig, so far. This a pic from when I did mine.
