I was getting a squeaking noise from the driver side.
Replaced the wheel bearings on the front.
Still there
Now I had a caliper lock up on me about 2 months ago. I got it all replaced and it is all back to snuff. I was thinking the noise was the bearings but it's not. I was happy to replace them, but I want rid of the noise. When the old caliper locked up, could it have warped the caliper to make it squeak? 
Axle shaft u-joints will often squeak (like a bird chirping) when going bad.
Driveshaft u-joints also.
Is it a constant noise or does it vary? Last squeak I took care of was from sway bar bushings.
Make sure the brake dust shield isn't hitting the rotor.
Do you get any pulsing or vibration when you hit the brakes? I've warped rotors in the past and could feel it when braking.

I did not do the drive shaft u joints. If the rotors seem fine I'll do that next
So, you slapped a new caliper and new pads on the original rotor without having it turned?
That would detected whether it was too warped to machine back to spec.
No because I did everything myself. The rotors were only a year old.
Yeah, but when a caliper locks up it usually heats the rotor to the point of smoking.
If it wasn't warped it at least was probably worn to the point that it would waste putting new pads on.
You know that in the picture there is no nut on the stub shaft, right?
