with all the talk of rocker knockers, i felt left out.
so on Sunday i made a set of my own.
It started with a 4x4x1/4" galvanized angle, and some 1-1/4" tube.
I was going to copy Aarons design, but his Jeep is still at the shop, so i just made something up.
I cut everything and fitted it all up, then i had Aaron weld everything up all nice up like.

Looks pretty sweet dude. Do they wrap all the way underneath to the body mounts too?

They look real nice Chris. Any chance you need a guineau pig to test out a set for a TJ, just let me know.

i would like to look at some one who has a set (Chris Hall) and see how complicated it would be.

They don't go to the body mounts because they are only 4" channel. To be honest I don't really think they need to. I beat the hell out of mine and the tub is fine.
For TJ's it all depends on the amount of body plastic that came originally with your Jeep. I know the angle will not cover the holes on the side after pulling the plasic on the Sahara models.
