Are you going through water?
What have you done to your Jeep today?

Got my rear brakes back together and replaced the passenger side spring pack bolt and U bolts. Since I couldn't find a used axle I ordered an Alloy axle and bearings form Summit. So much for not spending money on a D 35

No nothing more than standard rain on the road. Nothing deep enough to splash in the engine bay. -

Thanks for your continued support!! Anyway, what's the challenge wheelin' on one tons?
-
Got the rear drums, pads, wheel cylinders and springs replaced in the TJ today thanks to a break in the rain and a can of PB Blaster.
-
Looked at it a few times as I wait for parts to arrive.

Picked it up from A to Z on Saturday. New axle shafts, 4.88 gears, Grizzly lockers, Clayton Control Arms, Currie Link steering, and one of his rear bumpers. Ordered 5 new rims and tires from Carl King in Camden. 35" MTR's. I've got a new UCF skid plate to install.

Huh, THATS not how you remove a driveshaft!
At least the gears look good.
Superglue and duct tape time!
-
That will buff right out.

Damn. That's rough. -
Took a risk and ran some super seal through my Cherokee to see if I can't get the A/C to work. I am getting tired of sweating my ass off in traffic trying to get off post after work.

Damn. That's rough.Confucious says "You can only do full throttle first gear 4 low launches but so many times"

Well after a couple hours today
New motor mounts and exhaust manifold. We'll see how long this manifold lasts before cracking again, thank goodness for lifetime warranty parts! -
No nothing more than standard rain on the road. Nothing deep enough to splash in the engine bay.Do you have MML or t case drop?
Most people forget the exhaust has a hanger on the transmission.

No I have stock motor mounts and no case drop. My old motor mounts were worn out and cracking alowing the engine to move, so I'm hoping the new mounts will solve my issues -

I remember, when I was asking for advice about a cracked manifold, someone telling me to splice a length of flexible exhaust tubing into the down pipe that attaches to the manifold. That way when the Jeep is flexing it won't put any stress on the manifold. I believe that it was Whatevah that suggusted it. -
